π Location: Jurong East (Company Transport from Westgate Taxi Stand)
βοΈ Responsibilities:
- Carry out ship repair tasks onboard and at the shipyard (afloat & dry-dock)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems: diesel engines, pumps, gearboxes, alternators, hydraulics
- Dismantle, service, install, and commission mechanical equipment
- Lead small teams and ensure safe, efficient job execution
- Maintain tools and ensure workshop cleanliness
- Execute retrofit projects for new onboard systems
- Enforce Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures and participate in safety meetings (VSCC)
- Liaise with shipowners' reps and prepare service/job completion reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Ship Repair Manager

Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Marine Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 yearsβ experience in mechanical maintenance and ship repair
- Physically fit, hands-on, and able to work onboard vessels
- Strong communication and supervisory skills
- Able to interpret technical drawings and generate reports via PC/tablet
- Team-oriented, with proactive and safety-conscious attitude
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking supervisors)

- Mon β Fri: 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
- Every Sat: 8:00 AM β 12:00 PM (Onsite only)
