Schedule One: Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation
● Create Dynamic Visuals: Design engaging graphics for both digital and print
mediums—social media, website content, ads, brochures, and more—ensuring they
capture attention and resonate with audiences.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals are on-brand and adhere to established
guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and cohesion across all platforms.
● Multitasking & Deadline Management: Effectively manage multiple projects,
prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines without compromising creativity or
quality.
● Lead Creative Direction: Provide guidance to creative teams, ensuring a unified and
bold visual approach that aligns with broader campaign goals, product objectives,
and brand messaging.
● Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design, video production, and photography trends,
integrating the latest techniques and tools into your creative output.
● User-Centric Design: Conduct survey, understand user needs and incorporate
customer insights into visual content and design decisions.
Product Planning & Management
● End-to-End Product Oversight: Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation
and requirements gathering to market research, feature definition, and development
tracking, ensuring smooth execution.
● Cross-Functional Synergy: Work seamlessly with design, development, operations,
and marketing teams to ensure product goals align with overall company vision and
meet customer needs.
● UX Optimization: Leverage data, customer feedback, and product insights to
continuously refine product features, interfaces, and overall user experience.
● Data-Driven Strategy: Make informed, impactful product decisions using quantitative
and qualitative methods—user testing, A/B analysis, customer feedback, and
more—to optimize performance metrics.
● Fast-Paced Product Iteration: Lead the planning, development, and execution of
new product features and updates, ensuring timely releases and continuously
monitoring product performance for rapid iteration and improvement.
● Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research
and competitive analysis to guide product strategy, ensuring the product stays
competitive and meets emerging customer needs.
● Clear Communication & Documentation: Write clear and concise Product
Requirement Documents (PRDs) to align teams, clarify feature specifications, and
streamline development processes.
● Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure visual assets,
UI/UX design, and branding are consistent with the product’s vision and user
experience goals.
● Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for the end user by integrating feedback from
surveys, interviews, and usability tests into the product development and visual
content process.
● Continuous Product Improvement: Lead post-launch analysis to assess product
performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, driving ongoing
product innovation and optimization.
● Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure
effective product launches and positioning, utilizing creative visuals and messaging
that resonate with target audiences.
