🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on document flow and workflow processes within the Administration Department.
- Prepare correspondence, letters, reports, and documents in English and Chinese.
- Maintain proper filing and document control of policies, regulations, contracts, and reports.
- Liaise with government authorities, industry associations, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Arrange logistics and administrative support for visitors and customers.
- Coordinate inter-department planning and execution of events.
- Compile training requirements, maintain company training plan, and track implementation progress.
- Assist with scheduling and activity planning for company management.
- Oversee company vehicle and driver arrangements.
- Provide support in basic IT and HR administrative matters when necessary.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience; experience in large or multinational enterprises will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and handle Chinese documentation.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude. Additional Information
